Raleigh update,

The frame is 23 inches tall (58 cm), the stand over height is 32.25 inches (82cm), and the top tube length is 22 inches (56 cm).

The fork is built for 700c by 25 tires, 700c by 28 are about as big as it could take.

This lightweight used Raleigh road bike is on sale for $200 at Schneider's Bike Shop. It has an aluminum frame, 700C Mavic rims and Shimano Sora derailers. The paint job is a little beat up, but overall this is a great bike for a great price.
